Who we are
Voxoth (“we”) provides an AI voice agent for clinics. This policy covers the Voxoth marketing website. It does not cover patient calls handled by the product, which are governed by each clinic's agreement with us.
What we collect on this site
When you join the waitlist we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, clinic name, specialty, number of locations, city, role, and anything you tell us about your challenges. We collect it only when you submit the form with the consent box ticked, and we record the time of your consent. This site collects business contact information — never patient data.
Why we collect it
One purpose: to contact you about Voxoth early access and to understand which clinic specialties need us most. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives and how long
Lead data is stored in our database and processed by our email provider to notify us and reply to you. We keep it until you ask us to delete it or until it's clearly no longer needed for early-access onboarding.
Your rights (DPDP Act)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or erase the data you gave us, or to withdraw consent. Email hello@voxoth.com and we'll act on it promptly.
